Four Chain Series.
One Correct Answer.
Bridge-type for fast cable loading, fully enclosed for chips and dust, perforated-plate steel for long hot runs, and the TLG sealed box for foundries and outdoor duty. Pick the construction — we tailor the cavity to your cable schedule.

01 / OVERVIEW
One Chain, Every Axis.
A drag chain is the artery of a moving machine. Ours are manufactured in-house — from strip-steel punching and injection moulding to final assembly — so tolerances, materials and surface treatment stay under our control from first link to last.
SERIES 01 / BRIDGE-TYPE
Bridge-Type Drag Chain
Openable bridge crossbars run the full length of the chain, so cables press straight in from the top instead of being threaded end-to-end. The standard choice for machine tools: fastest installation, easy retrofits, and inspection without disassembly.
SERIES 02 / FULLY ENCLOSED
Fully Enclosed Drag Chain
Closed crossbars on every link form a continuous shell over the cable bundle. Hot chips, grinding dust, coolant spray and wood shavings stay outside — essential for grinders, laser tables, sanders and any environment where debris kills cables.
SERIES 03 / PERFORATED-PLATE
Perforated-Plate Drag Chain
Steel support plates punched on a standard hole grid. Chips and coolant fall straight through instead of packing inside, plate weight drops by roughly 30%, and cables clamp directly to the plate — no extra brackets, no on-site drilling.
SERIES 04 / TLG ENCLOSED
TLG Enclosed Drag Chain
Our heaviest construction: formed steel side plates with bolted cover plates that close the chain into a sealed box. Built for foundries, steel mills, port cranes and outdoor installations where slag, radiant heat and weather destroy ordinary chains.
03 / SERIES COMPARISON
Which Chain Fits?
Same mounting dimensions across most sizes — switching series rarely means re-designing the bracket.
| SERIES | STRUCTURE | CABLE ACCESS | PROTECTION | MATERIAL | TYPICAL USE |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01 Bridge-Type | Open bridge crossbars over the full length | Snap in from the top, tool-free | Splash, light dust, oil mist | PA66 engineered plastic | CNC machining centres, gantry routers, automation lines |
| 02 Fully Enclosed | Continuous closed shell, no exposed gaps | Open the crossbar, or load from the ends | Chips, abrasive dust, coolant spray | PA66 / PP plastic, steel shell optional | Grinders, laser & plasma tables, wood-working |
| 03 Perforated-Plate | Steel side plates, punched support plate | Clamp to the hole grid with tie mounts | Chips pass through; self-draining | Galvanized steel / stainless 304 | Welding lines, long steel travel, robot rails |
| 04 TLG Enclosed | Sealed steel box with bolted cover plates | Remove cover panels for service | Slag, radiant heat, weather, impact | Steel side plates + steel / aluminium covers | Foundries, steel mills, port cranes, outdoor gantries |
