A guideway ruined by one hot chip costs more than every cover we ship in a year. RUIAO protective covers seal the moving axes of machine tools against chips, dust, coolant and sparks — accordion fabric bellows, telescopic steel, armor-lamella and fabric connectors, all cut and assembled in-house.

TYPE — 01
Guide-Rail Accordion Covers
Low-profile accordion covers that ride directly on linear guide rails. PVC connection plates unpunched as standard, custom drilling on request. HGH series sizes in stock.
TYPE — 02
Laser Cutter Bellows
L-shaped beam bellows for laser cutting machines, with cut-outs matched to the guide position. Measure the old cover or the machine — either way we build to size.
TYPE — 03
Square Bellows
Square-section fabric bellows for spindles, columns and lifting axes. Inside and outside dimensions both specified, PVC flange plates standard.

Gate (U-Shape) Bellows
Gate-shaped covers that bridge over the carriage and ride on both sides of the guideway — the classic choice for machine tables and cross slides.

Flat-Type Bellows
One-piece flat accordion strips for long straight runs where height is tight. Simple, light, and the fastest cover to install on open guideways.

Flexible Connections & Ducts
Fabric expansion joints and ventilation connectors: flanged round, wire-reinforced, square, round-to-square, reducers and irregular shapes. Silicone, canvas or rubber cloth.

Telescopic Steel Way Covers
Telescoping sheet-steel covers in four builds: flat-rail, inclined-rail, special-shape and stiffened (draw-bar). Real chip armor for machining centres.

Round Bellows — Screw Covers
Round telescopic covers for ball screws and shafts, nine closure styles: steel-ring collar, conical, variable-diameter, PVC-flange zipper, heat-resistant zipper, sewn velcro, canvas zipper, bound canvas and three-proof zipper.

Armor (Lamella) Covers
Accordion covers reinforced with overlapping steel or stainless lamella on every fold — hot chips, weld spatter and grinding dust simply slide off the armor.
